The Concept

THERAPY IN MOTION (WALK)

Walking reduces cortisol and activates areas of the brain linked to creativity. In the Walk & Share Program, we use this natural state to facilitate problem-solving and decision-making.

THE TOOL

Neuro-Linguistic Programming helps us understand how we process the world. During the journey, we use light NLP dynamics to identify patterns and create new mental maps.

SHARING

A safe space to exchange experiences. The group becomes a mirror and a support system, where active listening and empathy are the primary navigation tools.
